Privacy Policy

This explains what Epostory stores, why, and the control you have over it.
What we store
The source material you bring and the universes and stories generated from it; your account details when you sign in (handled by our auth provider); and usage records (what was generated and its cost) so we can meter fairly. Before you sign in, your work is tied to an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie on your browser.
How we use it
To run the generation you request, to keep your work available across your devices, to meter usage and process payments, and to operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data and do not use your source material to train third-party models.
AI processing
Generating a story sends the relevant material to the AI model provider that produces the output. That provider processes it to return your result under its own terms; Epostory does not grant it rights to train on your material.
Your choices
You can export your universes and stories at any time, and you can delete a story — or your whole account — permanently. When you delete, your content is removed; usage totals are kept in de-identified form only as needed for accounting and abuse prevention.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies: an anonymous identity cookie so your work persists before sign-in, and, once you sign in, your account’s session cookie. We don’t use advertising trackers.
