Terms of Service

Epostory turns a life, a memory, or an idea into an Epo — an interconnected universe of people, places, and threads — and writes stories from it, starting with a book. By using Epostory you agree to these terms.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of the source material you bring and of the stories Epostory generates for you from it. You grant Epostory only the permission needed to store your material and run the generation you ask for. We do not sell your source material, and we do not use it to train third-party models.

AI-generated content

Stories, universes, and samples are produced by AI models from the material and direction you provide. Output can contain mistakes, invented details, or text that resembles existing works — review anything before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for how you use what you generate.

Accounts

You can start without an account. To keep your work across devices you can sign in (including with Google). Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can sign out or delete your account at any time.

Payments

Epostory is free to start. Paid generation is usage-based — you see the model’s price and Epostory adds a small margin on top. Prices and any credit balances are shown before you spend. Payment terms take effect when billing is enabled for your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Epostory to create unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to generate material about real people that is defamatory or invades their privacy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty; limits

Epostory is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Epostory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
